The Undercroft is the large private room. Here artistry, simplicity, and nature unite in a warm, elegant environment, the perfect choice for weddings, celebrations, business meetings, retreats, fundraising events – any occasion for a family, company, or organization might be planning.

The Undercroft opens onto one of the Inn’s stone patios, offering in the warmer months a wonderful outside area which can be used for meeting breaks, cocktails receptions, or additional space for entertaining. The Inn’s staff will work with Event & Meeting Planners to meet and exceed goals and objectives including room sets, audio visual needs, and banquet requirements.

The Settlers Inn offer all event and meeting planning services for business and special occasions. Audiovisual equipment and support are available upon request. The experienced event staff will ensure that the meeting is a success. Catering is available; offering a varied menu to suit every meeting needs.
