I had been wanting to stay here for years. The public areas are beautiful but overall the hotel needs a lot of repair. Breakfast at the Crystal dining room was wonderful with amazing staff. The skybar was good with views over downtown. Our room was hot with a window unit the couldn't be adjusted. The floor slopes severely which we found funny. It was the bathroom that was a major disappointment. It looks like a truck stop motel. With room rates as high as they are why can't they afford to renovate and fix the plaster? One night during the annual tour of homes in the area, when we returned to the hotel there was no parking available. The public had used all the hotel parking. We asked the front desk what to do. They said find a place somewhere. So a couple of blocks away and downhill we had to park. They could've had staff outside preventing the public from using all the spaces. The ghost tour was awesome. We will visit but not stay overnight again.

  • Business trip like home

From the moment I walked in, the Crescent felt like home. The bartender Oscar was great! I had several meetings at the bar, and his service was continually on point. My meetings couldn't have gone better, so that helps! Every employee went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable, so cheers to management! Definitely returning!

  • Authentic experience. BOO!

The Crescent is a fantastic historic hotel. It's old, but well kept. The room was clean and the shower had hot water and great water pressure. The price to stay here is a bit steep, but you stay for the experience. You hope to have an interaction with a couple of spirits to leave with a great story. So, it's worth the price. If you stay here, do the onsite ghost tour (about 20.00 per person).
The spa is great here as well. Kyle is really good. Make sure you book in advance and stick to your plan because they will charge you 80% of the service if you cancel and the spot isn't filled.
Dining at the property is good, The crystal ball room is fantastic for breakfast. I'd say skip the Gourmet Pizza Skybar. Ive had better pizza and service from pizza hut.

  • Our Stay at The Crescent Hotel !!ð¨

This was an incredible experience! We enjoyed the historical aspect of the hotel and the history behind Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The ghost tour was very interesting and informative!!! **See Photos** for what I captured during our tour. ?? The beauty and charm of this town was the perfect getaway for decompressing and relaxation. During our visit, it poured down rain the entire trip ? and the weather was in the mid-low 30's, & that alone made the experience even more thrilling. I recommend all to stay at this elegant hotel. I give ? ???? The Victorian-Styles beds and furniture are so gorgeous Very Nostalgic!!!

Don't forget to check out my photos (look closely in the mirror showing a face in the bottom right side)
And it's Not of the man on the tour with us who happened to be in the photo.

    Pretty Cool Night!!!

Myself, my granddaughter and her friend stayed 2 nights. Our room, the restuarants and ghost tour were excellent. The history of this place is amazing! Visit here for a relaxing time. We chose the 9:00 ghost tour! It was so much fun and was filled with more history and pictures of glimpses of spirits. We watched a small part of the TAPS team when they were there doing an investigation. We will go back!
