  • Cosy hotel in excellent location

    Cosy hotel in excellent location

I recently stayed in this hotel with my mum. The marble hall is impressive and the rooms are well appointed and feel new. We had a lovely bathroom with walk-in shower and Acqua di Parma toiletries, very confortable twin beds, an armchair, a desk with a chair and a minibar which was included in the rate. Breakfast was served in the morning in the 1930's restaurant. Service from Lucio and Valentina was excellent and personalized, and the choice and quality of food was top shelf. They even had gluten-free pancakes and lemon tart, and a bottle of Prosecco available! Cappuccino and freshly squeezed orange juice were also very good. There was hand sanitizer dispensers at every corner, so we felt very safe even in these difficult times. We also had access, upon reservation, to the indoor pool with jacuzzi and to the sauna. Every time we were the only guests, so that was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Rome. One morning there was some banging and hammering in the next located building. After informing the front desk they offered to move and upgrade us to a Junior Suite! In the end we remained in the original room, being close to departure and noise having stopped, but that was a very nice gesture from them. We would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future!

  • Another Excellent Visit to the Aleph

Another Excellent Visit to the Aleph

All staff we encountered were amazing. Mario e Mattia were extremely helpful in helping us procure flowers and also going above and beyond to get my favorite juice at lunch - actually went out to a store to buy us tomato juice. You feel very welcomed by ALL the staff but Mario e Mattia went above and beyond to take care of our needs. This is our "go to" Home Away from Home when visiting Rome and we can not recommend it enough. Pamela Zullo is the epitome of excellent customer service and makes us feel special during each and every visit. We had the pleasure of meeting the housekeeping manager Silvia, and I cannot fully describe what an incredible job the Aleph Hotel does in making its guests feel safe during this Covid crisis. We reside in USA and were amazed at the all of the precautions that were in place to make us feel safe and secure - we cannot wait to return. Another flawless visit to the Aleph, our favorite hotel in the world!

  • Lovely hotel

    Lovely hotel

Had a very enjoyable stay here a couple of weeks ago. We stayed in a suite, which had plenty of space. The bedroom was very large, and the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable.

The hotel was taking the Covid issue very seriously - all staff were wearing masks, and there was plenty of hand sanitizer available. The hotel - and indeed Rome itself - seemed rather quiet and, apart from at breakfast, we hardly saw any other guests.

Because of Covid restrictions, breakfast was probably a bit more stressful than it would usually be - everything had to be served from behind screens by one member of staff and, when the restaurant was busy, the breakfast staff were clearly struggling to cope.

It was our first time in Rome and we found the location to be pretty good. The area felt rather quiet and, in Rome generally, it seemed that a lot of bars, hotels and restaurants were still closed because of the pandemic.

My wife and I had a great stay in Rome. This is a very clean and well located hotel. The staff are friendly and keen to please. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and we stayed in a junior suit which offered a good size bathroom.

At times the staff were unclear on things. I think this is due to Covid changes. Some team members would say the pool is shut when others say it is open. Breakfast was a bit awkward due to Covid procedures but tasted good.

A decent hotel and I am sure in normal time's would get 5 stars.

Amazing experience in this stunning hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Aleph Rome Hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of sept. On arrival we were greeted warmly by staff who congratulated me on my birthday and our wedding anniversary (my husband had emailed them in advance). They upgraded our room and left a special treat in our room too which was so lovely.
The hotel was immaculate and we felt reassured that they had ours safety in mind with sanitizer throughout the hotel and other one way measures in place.
We didn't eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked really nice and we did have a few drinks on the rooftop and the service was impeccable.
We used the rooftop pool and loungers and had this all to ourselves on 2 days.
Throughout the stay all the staff we saw and spoke to were friendly, helpful and made us feel really special.
The hotel is located really close to bus and metro station and only 10 minute walk to the Spanish steps and array of shops and restaurants.
We can't fault this hotel and would definitely return on another visit back to Rome.
