The natural springs of Hakone are used throughout the hotel and spa, including in the Flower Palace’s indoor pool, which is said to be Japan’s first hotel indoor pool. Located on the sixth floor of the Forest Wing, ZEN functions as a treatment and wellness area intended to complement the hot-spring experience with guided and private opportunities for relaxation rituals.
