The Culinary Route – Flavors from the Sea and Fjord
Savor the flavors of Fjord Norway and the bounty of Bergen and Bekkjarvik during this three-night, four-day voyage along the coast.
The adventure begins in Bergen with a two-night stay at Opus XVI, along with indulgent multi-course dining experiences at the hotel’s Brasserie & Bar, which served French classics made with locally sourced ingredients, and nearby Bryggen Tracteursted, a traditional Norwegian restaurant housed in a historic building from 1708. On the third day, continue the journey in Bekkjarvik on the island of Selbjørn for a one-night stay at Bekkjarvik Gjestgiveri, a late 17th-century guesthouse, as well as a fjord-to-table four-course dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Daily breakfast is also included.
