Taste the bounty of Castle Hot Springs' farm at Harvest and Bar 1896.

Castle Hot Springs entreats guests to strengthen their relationship with themselves, others, and nature, and one of the best ways to do that is through food. Three of the resort’s 1,100 acres are devoted to Castle Hot Springs’ on-site farm, which, through regenerative growing practices and its team of skilled agronomists, ushers in more than 150 different crops each season. Thanks to their efforts and the farm’s bounty, guests can enjoy a truly farm-to-table culinary experience at either of the resort’s dining venues. They include:

Harvest

Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Harvest is where the fruits of the farm team’s labor truly shine. Here, the resort’s culinarians craft upscale seasonal dishes for each and every meal, taking diners on a gastronomic tour that will delight the senses. The highlight of Harvest’s dining experience is the nightly, multi-course chef’s tasting menu that treats guests to the farm’s daily bounty.

Bar 1896

Named for the year Castle Hot Springs got its start, Bar 1896 cooks up casual dishes with an elevated twist—think duck wings with vibrant gochujang sauce—and refreshing craft cocktails made with ingredients grown at the farm. Equally as enjoyable is the restaurant’s picture-perfect setting, which overlooks the farm and the Sonoran Desert beyond. Bar 1896 is open for lunch and dinner and is available to guests enjoying the resort pool.

Please note that, as an inclusive resort, daily meals at both Harvest and Bar 1896 are included at Castle Hot Springs, aside from alcoholic beverages and select menu items. Guests also receive a daily beverage credit of $25 per person.
