In addition to being the Restaurant Manager, Federica Muggenburg is a trained and knowledgeable wine professional, who specializes in all facets of wine service.
She sees to the development of the wine list and works closely with the culinary team to pair wines that will best compliment each particular food menu item.
If guests have an interest in Wine, The Historic Hotel Bethlehem offers a series of Wine Tasting Seminars. A ten series course that will leave guests with a deeper appreciation and understanding of wine, as well as a solid skill level for pairing wines with food. Reservations recommended. Sunday’s Musical Brunch combines live music with a splendid buffet array. A holiday tradition for many has become a weekly habit for others. Whether diners desire made-to-order omelets or waffles, the carving station of roasted meats, fresh seafood or luscious desserts, there is something for everyone.
