Discover the Redbury New York, which originally opened as the Women's Hotel in 1903 and housed historical figures, including poet Sara Teasdale.

Marta, located on the hotel's ground floor and helmed by Executive Chef Nick Anderer, is a Roman-inspired pizzeria from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group. The Italian eatery, designed by Annabelle Selldorf of Selldorf Architects, has a buoyant open kitchen with two wood-burning ovens and an open-fire grill, churning out thin, crackly-crusted pizzas.

The fresh and innovative Italian menu features traditional Roman pizzas and original dishes highlighting local, seasonal ingredients. Daily specials are kissed by fire over open embers, celebrating the Italian tradition of cooking “alla brace." Marta serves breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, and in-room dining. A private dining room is available for groups and special events and can seat up to 18 guests.

The Lounge
The Lounge serves a range of sophisticated cocktails, craft beers, fine wines and an extensive champagne list, as well as the full Marta menu, all within the comfort of the cozy lobby. Stop by the bar and settle into a plush lounge chair.

Vini e Fritti
A Roman-style aperitivi bar, Vini e Fritti serves up casual and unfussy small plates. Executive Chef Lena Ciardullo's menu includes Roman culinary classics like fritto misto and homemade stracciatella.The bar offers a sprawling list of value-driven Champagnes rounded out by a focused selection of Italian reds and whites, craft beers, refreshing spritzes, and more.

Caffe Marchio
An homage to the Roman tradition of delicious coffee in an energetic and convivial environment, Caffe Marchio serves up a proprietary blend of coffee. Designed to evoke the character of neighborhood coffee bars in Rome, guests are invited to step up to the terrazzo countertops and enjoy an on-the-go refueling.
