Since the 1600s the property that the hotel is located on was used for agricultural purposes. Originally a vast estate situated beside a cattle ranch. Then the property was turned into a vineyard. In 1998 the Patios de Cafayate was finally turned into a luxury hotel, situated beside one of Argentina’s top vineyards. The hotel boasts a winery, deluxe wine cellar, and so much more for guests to explore.
