Several bars, each with a unique menu and setting, offer the perfect place to unwind with a refreshing poolside cocktail or a relaxing nightcap. Best of all, thanks to Half Moon’s commitment to sustainable agriculture, diners can take heart in knowing that not only are they enjoying a true taste of Jamaica, but their meal helps to support the efforts of local farmers.

Hayward’s

Located in Eclipse at Half Moon, this casual, open-air eatery serves both Jamaican and internationally inspired dishes for breakfast and lunch. While dining, guests enjoy breathtaking views of the Great House Grand Lawn and the Caribbean Sea.

Delmare

With a lofty perch overlooking the beach of Eclipse at Half Moon and beautiful artwork crafted by local artisans, this award-winning seafood restaurant with Italian influences makes for an elegant place to enjoy a dinner of fresh fish. Dine on flavorful pasta, creamy risotto, and flame-kissed seafood grilled in the restaurant’s charcoal oven.

Sugar Mill

Located at the Half Moon Golf Course at the former Running Gut Estate on the Rose Hall Sugar Plantation, Sugar Mill is the resort’s signature restaurant. This fine-dining affair takes diners on a journey through Jamaica’s culinary heritage, serving up modern cuisine inspired by both the countryside and the seaside.

Beach BBQ

Held on select evenings at Sunrise Beach, this alfresco dining event is a feast for the senses. In addition to a sumptuous spread of Caribbean favorites, guests also enjoy live performances like limbo dancing and a steel drum band, all while listening to the waves of the Caribbean Sea and feeling the sand beneath their toes.

Cedar Lounge & Café

In the heart of Founders Cove, the most historical part of the resort, rests Cedar Café, a casual, open-air dining venue featuring Jamaican-inspired dishes for lunch and dinner and the island’s oldest mento band. Be sure to try the signature Yellow Bird cocktail, which was developed by the resort over 60 years ago. Coffee drinks made with Jamaican spices and Blue Mountain coffee are also available.

The Maakit & Boutique

Pick up a cup of freshly brewed coffee with a flaky pastry or hand-crafted sandwich at this grab-and-go café in Eclipse at Half Moon. Items made by local artisans are also available for purchase.

Ital Café

Reinvigorate the body and mind after a rejuvenating treatment or workout at this casual eatery in the Fern Tree Spa. Along with freshly made juices, guests can also enjoy a selection of healthful light bites.

Spice & Hammock Bar

After making a splash in the Caribbean Sea, try a taste of Jamaican Jerk at this outdoor beach bar and grill in Eclipse at Half Moon. Along with refreshing cocktails and mocktails, diners can also savor the flavors of the island with burgers, patties, and jerked chicken, pork, and seafood.

North Pointe

Nestled on Jamaica’s northernmost point, with views of the infinity pool, this outdoor bar and grill in Eclipse at Half Moon dishes up stylish bar food and light bites, many with Jamaican flair, for lunch and dinner. Cold-pressed juices and children’s dishes are also available.

Lester’s Bar

Decorated with artwork by local artist Michael Lester, this sophisticated bar in Eclipse at Half Moon serves tapas, craft cocktails, and Jamaican rums and also offers live entertainment.

Hibiscus Pool Bar

Kick back and relax with a refreshing beverage and a light snack at this all-day swim-up bar in Founders Cove.

Celebrate a successful day on the links or fuel up for a round of golf at the 19th Hole Bar. A wide range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available, as are light bites like grilled paninis and Jamaican patties.
