Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace offers an assortment of dedicated event spaces, including conference facilities, reception areas, and outdoor venues. The hotel accommodates both corporate functions and private events, with flexible layouts and on-site support services.

Conference Center

The Conference Center is located in the Pavillon building; it offers 9,660 sq ft of space across 11 meeting and event rooms. The center is ideal for conferences, seminars, and larger group functions within a dedicated environment separate from guest areas.

Meeting Rooms

The historic hotel offers a collection of eight meeting rooms, each equipped with modern technology and designed for smaller group gatherings. Each of the eight meeting rooms are named after figures from the golden age of Versailles: Pompadour salon, Sévigné salon, Richelieu salon, Mazarin salon, Vallière salon, Barry salon, Montespan salon, and Merteuil salon. These spaces are suited for board meetings, breakout sessions, and focused discussions.

Salon Colbert

The Salon Colbert serves as the hotel’s largest reception space at 4564 sq ft, with the ability to be divided into 6 breakout rooms of around 646 sq ft. Each of the divided are named after prominent figures of 17th century literature, Molière lounge, the Rousseau lounge, the Racine lounge, the Boileau, the Voltaire salon, and the Corneille salon. The flexible layout supports large-scale events while allowing for smaller, segmented gatherings within the same space.

Salon Le Nôtre

The Salon Le Nôtre is the hotel's smaller event space with parquet flooring and a decorative fireplace. The room is adaptable for different event types and offers access to the mezzanine by stairs.

La Fontaine Lounge

The La Fontaine Lounge is a larger venue within the Pavillon building; it's an ideal space for receptions, conferences, and dinner parties. The space can support a variety of events and offers a flexible layout for different group sizes.

Outdoor Venues

The outdoor spaces include access to the hotel’s gardens, which can be used for receptions, cocktail events, and open-air dining. These areas provide additional flexibility for events beyond interior venues.
