Sommerro beautifully intertwines both cozy and luxurious into one with their lavish accommodations. The hotel includes 231 rooms and suites that are divided between Lofts, Standard, Deluxe, and Superior rooms. As well as the Junior Suites and Heritage Suites. Guests also have the option of experiencing a historical experience in their lodging by staying at Sommerro’s Villa Inkognito. The Villa dates back to 1870 and includes priceless antiques, arts, and Scandinavian furnishings.

  • Loft: Sommerro features 25 loft-style guestrooms which are a European specialty and a convenient style accommodation for travers. Lofts feature two beds built snugly into independent spaces with private curtains designed by a Norwegian local.
  • Deluxe: The Deluxe Rooms have the elegant and timeless feel of a 1930s townhouse. These rooms have unique furnishings such as polished birch beds and Norwegian floral elements.
  • Standard: Standard Rooms at Sommerro are perfect for couples or for the ambitious traveler set upon exploring Oslo. The rooms include brush-painted walls and parquet floorings. Another unique feature about the Standard Rooms are the window desks that provide natural light while getting work done.
  • Superior: The Superior Rooms are similar in layout and furnishings to the Standard Rooms; however, they are a bit a larger and feature a paneled cherry-stained ash wall. A few extra amenities include a minibar, vanity, and cozy window seat.
  • Junior Suite: The Junior Suites have an eccentric “wow” factor due to the polished and chic amenities. Junior Suites feature a chrome-detailed four-poster bed with plush bedding for ultimate comfort. These suites also include a Murano glass chandelier and separate seating area. Fabric patterns featured on the bespoke furnishings were inspired by the Norwegian artist Gerhard Munthe.
  • Heritage Suite: The Heritage Suites at Sommerro are widely spacious accommodations that include enhanced features and amenities such as a king-size grand bed with intricate detail of timber and mother of pearl embedded. Another unique feature of this suite are the velvet wall coverings and sofas that offer a luxurious feel for guests. The suite features views that look out onto Sommerrogata.
