The Omni Bedford Springs Resort presents 216 beautifully appointed guestrooms and four luxury suites that embrace the richness of the resort’s past. The décor includes authentic patterns and textures and incredible balconies with rocking chairs where guests can enjoy the lush natural views.
Enjoy a stay at Omni Bedford Springs Resort, featuring elegantly appointed rooms and suites in the newer spa wing as well as its historic, renovated wing. Indulge in a relaxing escape with luxury amenities including down comforters, flat-panel televisions and views that reflect upon the scenic surroundings.
Rooms in the historic wing of this resort boast nine-foot ceilings and peaceful garden views complemented by spacious porches with two rocking chairs. The spa wing is just steps from the Springs Eternal Spa and offers views of the garden and pool. Several of the rooms in the spa wing include a balcony or porch. (All of the pet-friendly guestrooms are available in the Anderson House only.)
Deluxe Rooms Located throughout the resort, deluxe rooms feature a king, queen or two double beds and offer views of the Bedford hillside. These rooms range from 319 to 355 sq. ft.
Resort Views Rooms All resort view rooms in the historic wing offer comfort and sophistication finished with vintage touches. The spa wing has resort view rooms with and without porches. These rooms range from 330 to 379 sq. ft.
Premier Luxury Spa Rooms Located on the first floor of the new spa wing, these rooms offer one king bed and an oversized marble bathroom with double sinks, deep-soaking spa tub and walk-in rain down showers. Refresh with features including a diffuser with aromatherapy, bath salts tray, rock salt lamp and selection of coffee and teas. Some rooms offer a spacious porch. These rooms range from 335 to 543 sq. ft. (Pet-friendly rooms in this room type are not available.)
Clay & Calhoun Suite These two connecting suites overlook the golf course. The Clay Suite features a king bed and the Calhoun Suite features two queen beds. The suites offer a large balcony overlooking the golf course, and both feature a separate living room, deep-soaking pedestal tubs, walk-in rain showers, a microwave and refrigerator. The Clay Suite is 1,500 sq. ft., and the Calhoun Suite is 1,380 sq. ft. (Pet-friendly rooms in this room type are not available.)
James K. Polk Suite Located on the top floor, this suite features sweeping views of the golf course and the Cumberland Valley from its large balcony. It offers a king master bedroom with a large pedestal tub and second bedroom with two queen beds. The suite includes a full pantry with a microwave and a half fridge, as well as a half bath in the living room. The Polk Suite is ideal for families with a maximum occupancy of up to five guests. Total square footage is 2,000 sq. ft., including the balcony. (Pet-friendly rooms in this room type are not available.)
Donald Ross Suite Situated on the first floor in the spa wing, the suite offers a king master bedroom with a large bathroom and a private porch 2,016 sq. ft in length. The suite also features a second bedroom with two queen beds and a large balcony with golf course views. It also includes a half bath in the living room, a large pantry with a microwave and half fridge, heated towel racks and pedestal tubs. This spacious suite totals 4,279 sq. ft. (Pet-friendly rooms in this room type are not available.)
ADA Accessible Rooms Accessible rooms are provided for our guests who require ADA features. These rooms feature enlarged door openings. There is the option of a room with a roll-in shower or a room with standard shower and tub. Both rooms have a hand-held shower head and grab bars. The standard toilet with the roll-in shower has grab bars and the sink is no higher than 29 inches from the floor. The shower and tub have a standard-height sink and toilet with grab bars. Also offered is visual notification for the hotel alarm system, door and phone.
