They were so nice and ready for Covid. The insight dining is amazing and the rooms are very pretty. Clean and lots of places to hang out. Chess boards and games plus the pool is amazing. Bring your walking shoes. Great trails and walking distance to the town.

  • Amazing Anniversary Stay

    Amazing Anniversary Stay

Spent 2 nights here to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We had a deluxe king room w/ private porch in the Springs Eternal House. It is truly a beautiful historic hotel. The room was spacious and clean and had a large bathroom that even had a vanity table. When I made my reservation I inquired about having flowers delivered to our room prior to check in. The staff directed me to a local florist, Loving Touch Flower shop. They were able to drop off the arrangement the night before our check in and staff had them waiting in our room before we arrived, along with some chocolate strawberries. It was really a wow moment when my Wife opened the door to our room, she was very happy.
Due to Covid, a few of the dining options were closed. We had dinner at the Frontier Tavern that evening and it was very good. Drinks were spectacular. In the morning, after breakfast we grabbed a trail map and headed out to hike to as many springs as we could. The Black Spring was our favorite. Highly recommend hiking if you are able to.
We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to our next stay.

My wife and I spent several night at the Omni Bedford Springs. In short, the staff was lovely but the accommodations were substandard. The rooms were worn, the furniture old and frayed, the amenities nearly non-existent, definitely not worth the price of the stay.

    Cozy Winter Getaway

I seriously love everything about this place, especially being here around Christmas time.

The service here is absolutely exceptional - from the time you get here to the time you leave. Every single person here is friendly and helpful - from the valet check-in to the spa to the cafe.

The only mishap (that was partially my fault - was that I typed into my GPS the Omni Bedford Resort and it brought me to some off-road farm. Be sure that you have the right address on your GPS when you come.

I love the Christmas decorations, the fireplace, and the cozy feel of being here in the winter. It's priceless!

I also booked a spa room and got the Epsom salts for the tub they have in the room.

The spa was amazing too - my friends and I came for a girls weekend and we were able to enjoy the Bath Ritual room after our massages for an hour. It felt like we had our own private hot tub, steam room, and deluge showers!

We also loved the Crystal Room for dinner. Every detail was impeccable.

Anything we needed - more slippers, another robe, room service, etc was answered with a, "Yes, we'll send someone right up." It was seamless and as someone who has stayed at many hotels, I am very impressed!

    Highly recommend staying here!

I booked a very nice room online after reading about all of the wonderful experiences with the spa. It is my wife's 40th birthday and we wanted to get away. I booked the room 5 days before our arrival. I called the hotel to book a spa treatment but they were closed already. So I then called and talked tot he operator and asked about spa hours. She connected me back to the spa to hear the same message about being closed. I called back and asked about spa hours again and she told me to look at the website, she did not know. How can an upscale hotel not know the hours of their main attraction.

I had my wife call the next morning when the spa was open and we were shocked to hear that there was nothing available for the 2 days we were going to stay there. They said we had to book appointments 6 weeks out. I was looking forward to the bath and shower experience with my wife but then we found out that men and women have to use different rooms the entire time.

What is the point of advertising a romantic get away when you have nothing available and separate couples for the whole experience. We ended up cancelling our room because we also found out that the nice restaurant is closed on Sunday and there was nothing on the website that made that clear unless you click on the covid restrictions tab. They should remove the restaurant page that is shut done and also add the hours of operation in a clear area.

I have worked in hotels all my life and never would of thought an Omni hotel would be so cavalier with their employees lack of knowledge.
